Steve Turner, broker and owner has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1981, Rob Rothenberg joined Turner Commercial Properties in 2004 and Ron Leps in 2006. Since beginning his real estate career with J.B. Goodwin Realtors in 1981, as a broker and manager he has experienced almost every kind of commercial sales and leasing transaction imaginable. In 1990, Steve moved to San Diego, California where he acquired his brokers license and oversaw the acquisition, management and sales of over 1,400,000 sq. ft of improved commercial properties specializing in office/service product type. In 1995 he sold the commercial real estate company in San Diego and moved back to the Austin area and opened Turner Commercial Properties. Mr. Turner has closed over $100,000,000 in commercial real estate in his career.

Ron Leps joined Turner Commercial Properties following a successful career with the Texas A&M University System. Most recently Ron served as County Agent in Williamson County from 1986 to 2006. Ron brings a working knowledge of land management and land utilization with a vast amount of contacts on the local and state level.
